What small brick making machines do you have?

We offer three popular models of small brick making machines - QTJ4-40, QTJ4-40A, and QTJ4-20A.

Among them, QTY4-20A is an almost fully automatic machine among small brick making machines. It has a complete production line and adopts an advanced PLC control system. From the mixer stirring the raw materials to running through the belt conveyor to the host machine after making the bricks, it passes through the automatic Pallet feeder can automatically feed pallets. QTJ4-40A is a semi-automatic brick making machine, equipped with a mixer and a belt conveyor. The brick making needs to be controlled according to the steps. The platform and the top aggregate hopper can easily release the aggregate to the bottom mold, which greatly reduces labor intensity. Compared with QTJ4-20A, it requires more manual intervention. The molding cycle is 60-70S.

The QTJ4-40 brick making machine is a manual device consisting of a main machine, a control panel, and a cart. It features a high-quality large gear reducer, a sturdy square steel frame, a four-column guide rod, and a durable inner guide bush. With just 2-3 workers needed, it can complete the brick making process in a space of 4-6 square meters. Its small size and portability allow for on-site production, simplifying logistics and cutting costs. Compared to large automated machines, this device offers a cost-effective solution with manual operation that eliminates the need for expensive electrical parts and reduces maintenance expenses. The molding cycle lasts 60-70 seconds.
