The QTJ4-40 is a popular machine designed for the specific needs of small construction projects. It can produce various block types of standard bricks, porous bricks and hollow block bricks using raw materials such as clay, earth, and soil. The machine requires only 4-6 square meters of area. Ready to use, small, lightweight and easy to transport. It adopts high-quality large-scale reducer, thickened square steel frame, four-column guide rod, and wear-resistant inner guide bush, which is easy to operate and has a long service life.
Our machine is run by two 2.2KW vibrators evenly mounted on a vibrating table. The powerful vibrator ensures the high density and strength of the blocks under the premise of uniform force; the top 3KW vibrator and two 2.2KW vibrators work together to fully and efficiently vibrate the aggregate to ensure the strength of the blocks and bricks. Integrated assembly, no installation required. It can work after being connected to the power supply.
